Q: What days and hours are you open?

We are open Tuesday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. till 6:00 p.m., Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. We are closed on Sunday and Monday Online orders are accepted at all times, however, for specific floral variety requests, we will need a 24 hour business day notice. (Consequently that does not always guarantee floral availability) Event and occasion inquiries are handled on an appointment-only basis. Deliveries are based on availability of scheduling, in some cases deliveries cannot be made on the day you contact us at which time we will let you know and work out a more suitable timeframe.

Q: Every day floral – Can you deliver at a specific time to a funeral?

Yes, within reasonable notice time, we can. In most cases, we still require a 24-hour notice as most sympathy and celebration of life memorial floral presentations are custom.

Q: Every day floral -Do you require a minimum for delivery:

Yes, we do. We know that in order for us to create for you and the moment you are representing we require a $75.00 minimum total floral order, not including tax and delivery. Simply, if we are not happy with the presentation, you won’t be happy. We are cutting dissatisfaction out of the middle.

Q: Every day floral – Is the arrangement in the photo exactly what will be delivered?

In most cases it is similar, however, it can not go without mentioning that the best floral presentations are received when you let us create and do what we do best. Note that we try our best to accommodate specific variety and color requests, within reason.

Q: Event services – Do you need a minimum spend to book our event, creative services?

Most clients for event services meet our minimum, however, please contact us so we can show you how we can meet your budgeted resource needs for your event and occasions.

Q: Delivery Information –

Ordering During Holidays – Our store and delivery hours may vary for major holidays. To help ensure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least two days prior to the following holidays:

Christmas – Valentine’s Day – Easter – Mother’s Day – Father’s Day – Thanksgiving

If No One is Home: Depending on the delivery location, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the gift in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return, such as with a neighbor, or leave a message for the recipient to call to arrange for delivery. In some cases, we may contact the recipient to ensure she, her, he, him, they, them will be home to accept the delivery.

Incorrect Addresses: If the recipient’s address is incorrect and delivery was attempted to the address, there is a $10 address correction fee. Polly’s Petals Inc. is not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses submitted to us by the customer. If such a delivery is made, the customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase.

Canceling an Order: Same-day orders are processed immediately, and usually cannot be changed. Due to the nature of florist delivered perishable products, we are unable to cancel or change orders already in process at the florist, in route, or delivered. To cancel or change an order that has not been processed, please call (847) 445-4231.

Request to Leave Item at Door: The customer assumes all liability for requests to leave arrangements. We highly discourage special instructions requesting delivery to a doorstep, porch, yard, or any location where the recipient cannot accept the arrangement themselves. Polly’s Petals cannot be held responsible for missing or faulty products due to this special request.

Recipient Refusal of Delivery: If the recipient refuses to accept a delivery, you are held fully liable for the cost of the gift.

Card Messages: The message that you write in the Card Message field is the message that is sent with the gift. We do not include any billing information with your order.
